2 Account Registration

A registered account is required to access services on BetNova. The following must be observed at the time of registration:

• Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

BetNova's services are available to users aged 18 and above only. By registering, users confirm that they meet this age requirement.

BetNova may request a copy of your National ID, birth registration certificate, or passport for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. If a minor is found to have registered an account, it will be cancelled and any deposited funds will be refunded.

4 Financial Transactions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, though this may vary depending on the payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. In cases where KYC verification is required, processing may take longer.

• Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or mobile numbers are not permitted.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules strictly govern all bets placed on BetNova. Please familiarise yourself with them before placing any bet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded to your account.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, BetNova reserves the right to recalculate the bet at the correct odds or void it entirely.
• Arbitrage betting by placing opposing bets on the same match to guarantee a profit is strictly prohibited.
• Live betting odds fluctuate in real time once a match has started; the odds at the moment of confirmation are final.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

BetNova regularly offers welcome bonuses, deposit matches, cashback, and free bets. The following terms apply to all such bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus offer carries its own wagering requirements, validity period, and eligibility conditions.
• To be eligible for a bonus, your deposit must be completed and your account must be verified.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they will remain as bonus balance until the wagering requirement is met.
• When a bonus expires, any unused bonus balance will be automatically removed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BetNova platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or any other automated method.
• Gaining an unfair advantage through match fixing or the use of insider information.
• Attempting to secure guaranteed profits through arbitrage betting or odds matching.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

BetNova may suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, particularly where a breach of the rules is suspected.

• The balance of a suspended account may be placed on hold for the duration of any ongoing investigation.
• If no breach of rules is established, the balance will be returned.
• You may also close your account or temporarily deactivate it at any time — simply contact our support team to proceed.
• Upon receiving a self-exclusion request, BetNova will action it within 24 hours.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

BetNova takes user privacy extremely seriously. Information collected at the time of registration is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and compliance with legal obligations.
